ECONOMIST STORIES UNBLOCKED ?

Last Sunday I blogged on the recent stories from The Economist that had apparently been censored/blocked by Thailand's Ministry of Information and Communications Technology.
Those stories - here and here - and now accessible, at least for me. As one poster pointed out at the time the censoring can be pretty random and be dependent on ISPs and locations. Right now I am using the same connection so it's either very random or perhaps an easing up on censoring?

They are both blocked for me (using True), as is the Wikipedia page for you know who.. I can't help thinking that the ICT Ministry's time, money and resources would be better spent doing something more beneficial for the country, such as actually making some progress on 3G. Shame.
