My boss thought it would be a good idea to delegate some of his work to me, and make me an authorised signature for some of the internal documents. A good idea in principal you might think, execpt for the fact that I cannot read Thai and 95 per cent of my colleagues cannot write in English.
I think there might be a few questions asked when I sign to agree to the sales manager spending the afternoon in the pub, or for a 50 per cent pay rise for the entire workforce.
