THE CHANGING FACE OF MARKETING AND PR

Last weekend I got a copy of 'The New Rules of Marketing and PR' by David Meerman Scott, and for anyone involved in marketing, PR and the media I would thoroughly recommend it.
Essentially the book discusses how to harness the power of the web and use its potential to reach your audience.
My feeling is that many people in Thailand still think the only way to reach a buyer is through traditional methods of advertising like newspapers, radio, billboards, etc., but those who read the book will see examples of how companies have transformed their marketing and PR using blogs, podcasts and online news releases.
I've been so impressed with this book that I made contact with David and he's agreed to write a piece for the next edition of our new magazine. How cool is that?
