ELECTION DATE SET

Thailand's military-installed Government has announced the General Election to restore democracy will take place on December 23rd. The date was widely predicted following the approval of the new constitution in a referendum last week.
At least it will should the rest of the world something to write about over the Christmas holidays !
(And at 15:19 this news is brought to readers of The Bangkok Bugle before readers of the online edition of The Bangkok Post !)
