IT'S HERE !

It is 412 days since I began working in Bangkok and 407 days since I first made contact with publishers in New York to explore the possibility of bringing their world-class business magazine to Thailand. Today (15 minutes ago to be exact) I have the first copy of our new magazine in my hand - still warm from the printers and smelling just like a freshly printed magazine should.
It's hard to describe how I am feeling right now. Excited, nervous, proud, apprehensive - they all come to mind - but the important thing is this is a massive achievement and testament to everyone that has been a part of the project and helped me during the last 407 days.

I'd love to, but as you've probably noticed I've not even mentioned the name of the WEEKly BUSINESS magazine that's taken up the best part of my last year. The reason is I can't - even in a little blog that gets read by no more than a few people every day. I have a Code of Standards that me and all my staff work to, and mentioning the name of the magazine in my own personal blog isn't allowed.
Do you read Thai? If so then send me your address (via a comment, but I promise I will not publish it) and I will send you a copy.
