THE PROBLEMS BEGIN

The process of publishing a magazine in Thailand is far from simple, as I am fast finding out. It's not as simple as just printing a magazine and finding someone to sell it.
We need to get approval from both the Government and the Police to produce our licensed magazine, even though the English version is already widely available in the country. This process will need to include the name of the editor and the printing company, which in itself is going to be a problem because we cannot appoint anyone until we sign the agreement and, by signing the agreement we will agree to do certain things.
Frustrating? Yes, but this might just be the start.
