FEELING OLD

It dawned on me yesterday that the person I hope will eventually become my PA was just one-year-old when I left secondary school! That certainly made me feel old.
In terms of the office I am certainly one of the more senior members of staff, if not the oldest. I am still only 37 so that tells you a lot about the kind of company I work for. I'm even a few months older than my CEO, but I would estimate the average age of our staff to be around 27 or 28. To me, age isn't as important as ambition and determination.
