MORE TRAFFIC

There was around double the usual amount of traffic on the road this morning. The taxi trip, as normal, did pass the Constitutional Tribunal and Police, Army and media crews were already in position. This was around 6.30am and more than six hours before the expected announcement.
I have a meeting this morning at 10.30am so will not be back in the office until around judgement time. I'm hoping I can find a quick and accurate English interpretation of what is being said.
