SMS MARKETING

It seems the Thai Government aren't as technophobic as they sometimes appear. The Nation is reporting that all mobile phone users from three of the major networks are receiving an SMS text message. It's reported as saying:

"All Thais should embrace HM the King's words of advice. Be conscious. Cherish unity. Be sensible and Respect laws...from CNS".

I'm still waiting for mine but you have to admire their inventiveness. Thai people do seem to spend a great deal of time connected to their phones. Of course I am not Thai but how do they know that ? However, this is Thailand and I expect I'll get mine sometime next week.
