PLAYING TRAVEL AGENT

I won't go in to too many details, but suffice to say I have spent far too much time today looking for a hotel for our two editorial staff who are flying to New York this evening.
This was supposed to have been booked and confirmed a number of weeks ago, but for some reason (which I intend to find out) it wasn't, meaning our staff were leaving with no idea where they would be staying. That's just not good enough and certainly very unprofessional.
