WELL, IT WAS BACK

Honestly, YouTube was back yesterday but now it's gone again. It's not blocked as such - the connection just keeps timing out which is almost the same.
I can't imagine this is down to the number of Thai users trying to access the site (especially when I tried at 5.30am this morning) so I can only think there's something more to it.
