YOUTUBE ACCESS STILL BLOCKED

It's now some ten days since the Government announcement that it would be lifting its ban on the video sharing website YouTube, but as of 7am this morning the site remains legally inaccessible within Thailand.
They were quick enough to block the site back in April, yet the process of restoring access seems to be taking far too long. I'm no expert but surely it's a simple process that takes seconds?

You've said it. Nothing is that straightforward in Thailand. :) Or, they are just as much of a procrastinator like me.
