SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS - UNSOLVED

In recent weeks we have been looking at some software solutions for various functions within our company. In an ideal world it would be easy to buy a ready made package and get it working straight away. But this being Thailand nothing is that straightforward.
Firstly there's the issue of the Thai language and Thai characters. Most solutions I have come across are not able to cope with Thai script, and there seems to be a distinct lack of ready made off-the-shelf Thai solutions for things like customer databases and sales management.
The easy answer would be to work totally in English but that's not practical either and any software we choose would only be as good as the information entered. If our staff don't understand the various information fields they would be required to enter then we'd not be getting the most of any system we adopt.
