TIME FOR A REDESIGN

I am always reluctant to talk here about issues too closely related to my work. Many of you that know me will also know I have spent most of the last 16 months working on 'the new magazine'. I've made mention of it a few times and some of the pictures I've posted quite clearly identify the title.
Today BusinessWeek has undergone a major redesign - the result of more than 18 months work. I would seriously urge you to have a look if you can as it's a radical departure from the old look.
Magazine readers especially have less time to digest news so the changes have been designed to provide clear and concise information as efficiently as possible.
Someone closely related to the project has been quoted as saying the new design heralds the reinvention of magazines. That's maybe going a bit too far but it's certainly a change, and a change that I am confident will be welcomed by readers.
