A BIG HEADACHE

My taxi trip home last night would have been funny if it hadn't been so painful. The cab I hailed looked fine from the outside but looks, as I have discovered to my cost, can be very, very deceiving. I think this particular cab driver has decided to skip the optional extras of shock absorbers, suspension, .. brakes!
Picture the scene. Andrew sitting in the back of the cab as cab approaches bumpy section at 60 miles per hour. Car hits first bump. Andrew goes up at the same time car is coming down, resulting in Andrew hitting head on roof of cab. Repeat five times.
If you don't believe me I have the bump to prove it.

I could so visualize the scenario that I can't help laughing in the office. Pardon me! I hope your bumps are gone now. :D

I'm happy it made you smile. The bump has gone, yes, but has been replaced by a head/neck ache. The two might not be related but given what happened I wouldn't be surprised.
