MORE LONDON MEETINGS
I was in London for the third time in a week yesterday (Friday) for three meetings. The weather has turned noticeably colder although it's been pretty sunny, but yesterday that was an almost Arctic chill blowing through the streets of the capital.
I was running late for my second meeting so opted for a cab as opposed to the underground. The journey from Goodge Street to Canary Wharf is about eight miles, took about 30 minutes and cost the sum of 21.60 - or about ten times the cost of a similar trip in Bangkok. The peak time travel card yesterday was 27.60 with 4.80 for the car park so it was another expensive day. Thankfully my first meeting resulted in some work for my company - not much but the initial project will hopefully lead to more work in the future.

London is on my list of cities that I'd like to visit in the near future. :)
London is a nice city but don't miss some of the other places in the UK that are even better.
Sadly it seems to be getting even more expensive but I think you can still find value for money in places.
