A WINNER

I hope some of you followed my advice and picked Comply or Die in yesterday's Grand National. It won at 7/1 although you could have got odds of around 10/1 earlier in the day. I'd like to say it's more than just luck but to be honest in a race like the Grand National luck does play a huge part.
Although the race is televised in many parts of the world I couldn't find it on any of the channels here. Thankfully I could listen to the live commentary through my television via the BBC World Service.
I should have 40 quid waiting for me in the UK the next time I go back as I called my brother and asked him to put five quid on Comply or Die for me. I hope I don't forget because I know my brother will!

Three horses fell at the second fence. They were Black Alapachi, Backbeat and L'Ami. They were the first to fall.
