LUNCH BY THE MINUTE

I've just had an email promoting buffet lunch at one of Bangkok's top hotels. I get lots of these marketing emails but what's unusual about this offer is that lunch is charged by the minute.
That's right. You get to "Sink your teeth into scrumptious cuisines from around the world, plus delicious Thai and international desserts" at ISO Restaurant at the prestigious Nai Lert Park Bangkok Hotel, and pay 5 baht per minute (plus VAT and service charges) for the time you spend. The offer is limited to Monday. Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes but it seems pretty good value, especially if you're quick on your feet and come armed with indigestion tablets. I wonder if doggie bags are allowed?
