MORE EDITORIAL DESECRATION

I know this seems like The Bangkok Post bashing (three posts in two days) but I can't ignore something in today's edition. I'm not sure what is happening to their news values but the business section today has three what appear to be promotional ads. Nothing wrong or unusual there, except these ads are embedded within stories !
Take a look at the front page of the Business Section and you'll see a red 'sticker' ad promoting something that is obviously going to happen on September 7th. I've seen examples of post-it style ads that actually cover stories but that is the first time I've seen something like this.
As a reader I'm outraged The Bangkok Post would dare to place advertising within its editorial. As a publisher I am also concerned at the apparent willingness to sacrifice journalistic standards and desecrate editorial. These are in-house promotional ads so they are not even generating revenue.
