THE POWER OF BLOGS

I'm going to be a television star in Germany this evening, thanks to a post on this blog last week. Okay, I'm allowed to exaggerate a little but a reporter for RTL television is a regular reader of The Bangkok Bugle and contacted me on Thursday to assist, with my BusinessWeek Thailand hat on, with a story he was working on about the current business and economic situation in Thailand.
I'm told the piece will be appearing on a program on Sunday evening that's associated with Der Spiegel, one of Europe's most prominent news organisations. And all because I blogged about my link to the magazine.
