MAGAZINE SALES OUTSIDE BANGKOK

I've been outside Bangkok over the last few days (which explains the lack of updates) and obviously I've been visiting bookshops at every opportunity.
What strikes me is that many Thai magazines aren't available outside the capital. I'd estimate only around 10-15 per cent of those titles that are available in the capital are on sale elsewhere in Thailand.
From my own experiences I know that the vast majority of sales of my own magazine come from Bangkok but we do have a significant number of subscribers from upcountry (outside Bangkok).
I believe around one sixth of the population of Thailand live in Bangkok but these people are probably responsible for something like 90 per cent of magazine sales.
