MY DESK

Anyone that knows me also knows I have never been especially organised. One look at my desk right now will give you enough evidence of that.
I have two piles of magazines that are growing by the hour. They seem to be coming from everywhere. One pile is about 60 high and other has less but also has some documents that means it's actually higher than the magazine-only pile. It's almost like a wall between me and the rest of the office.
In fact, there's little point sorting them out because early next week I will have to put everything in packing boxes anyway. While I am in London we are moving offices, and when I return I will have a proper office of my own. The plan we have right now actually shows a sofa in my office, but when I questioned the office manager about it she said it was only on the plan and wasn't in the plan. Shame - a bed (or even a sofa bed) would have been great - especially for the 'American' hours we'll be working some of the time next year.
