WHERE DID JANUARY GO?

I can't believe January has come and gone - almost. It's crazy how fast time seems to be moving. I hate to admit it but I am probably a week or so behind my theoretical BusinessWeek timescale - I had hoped to have at least started some proper interviewing by now.
I do have a file of around a dozen decent CVs but I need more before I can make some informed decisions. There are one or two that stand out, but my only worry is that we will not be able to afford them. That's not to say we are paying peanuts - we understand that we do need to pay higher than average to get the better staff that will be needed for BusinessWeek. Even so, one or two of the prospective candidates are asking way above what we can hope to pay them.
I hope that my BusinessWeek team, when it comes together, will be a nice blend of experience and youthful ambition. Perhaps ambition is asking a bit too much though - that's one thing a lot of Thai people are lacking.
