MORE BLOGS OF NOTE

Earlier in the week I mentioned Christine's blog - a link to which now appears on this site. I have also added two more blogs that you might find interesting - especially if you are in the media.
The first is by Simon Jones, the editor of The Reading Chronicle. I worked for that paper for around nine months in the mid 1990s - along time before he joined the paper I should add. Simon's blog covers quite a lot and gives an insight into the world of local newspapers.
A blog by Adrian Seal, the editor of The Uxbridge Gazette is the other link I have added. Adrian is the man responsible for giving me my first job in the media when he was editor of The Bracknell News and I was a raw but energetic trainee photographer. That was in 1992 and I guess you could say I have come a long way since then. Adrian's blog is interesting and informative, and gives you an idea of what the editor of a local newspaper in the UK has to deal with on a daily basis. Both make for good reading.
