DAVID WHO ?

I was watching BBC World this morning and they announced that Preston North End's David Nugent has been called up to the England squad for this weeks Euro qualifying match. The fact I didn't know who he was shows just out of touch I am, even with my regular dose of BBC news, daily visits to news websites and an occasional purchase of the Daily Mail on Saturdays.
