MY TEXT MESSAGE ARRIVED

The text message reportedly sent to all Thai mobile phone users on Wednesday afternoon as the verdicts were being read arrived - at 6.01pm on Thursday evening.
With something like 16 million users it was always going to take a while, but my only question right now is who has paid for the message? You can be sure that the mobile operators won't have done this for free.
