YOUTUBE TO BE RESTORED

The Information and Communication Technology Ministry has announced that it intends to lift the block on access to YouTube this week. Since April is had been impossible (legally) to access the popular video sharing website, and last night the Government said in intends to allow access to this and other sites that were previously restricted.
I wonder how long it will take before some clown posts something again that is deemed offensive to the Thai people? Google, the owners of YouTube, have promised to keep a watch on doubtful content, but given the nature of the site is that going to be possible?
