AN INFLUENTIAL READER

I think Mother Nature must read the Bangkok Bugle. Yesterday I commented about the lack of recent thunderstorms, so that was her cue to launch what was probably the fiercest early afternoon storm I have seen since I have been here.
It was nothing too bad though and it was over in 30 minutes or so. By the time I left work at 6pm you'd never have known it had even rained. And, just for a change this morning, there is blue sky and sunshine over Bangkok.
