A QUIET BIRTHDAY

I had a nice, quiet 38th birthday. Tanya and I had lunch at Outback Steakhouse and I bought a book (surprise,surprise) about PR and marketing to add to my collection.
It's been pretty humid in Bangkok over the past few days and, combined with the allergic reaction to Moto, I've been struggling a bit. The reaction is getting better but I'm still getting breathless from time to time. I know it will get better.
