ON THE TREADMILL
Despite the fact I am still a little unsteady on my feet I managed to walk just over 2 kms on the treadmill at the fitness centre in my condo yesterday afternoon. Obviously I haven't done much in the way of exercise for the last couple of weeks although I have still managed to somehow lose around 5 kgs.
I made sure I picked one of the machines with handles for support, but once I got going it was quite easy as long as I kept looking forward. I certainly wasn't going to overdo it; those 2 kms took a touch over 25 minutes.
Two weeks ago I had to make another hole in my belt because of the weight I am losing. After the last couple of weeks I'm on the verge of having to make another one!
