THE COPYRIGHT DEBATE

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to my post on Monday about legal issues regarding copyright. The truth is that I expected to post an answer for you today however during the course of this week I've actually got two differing points of view on this subject from lawyers. I guess that shows how complex this subject is in Thailand.
I am expecting to hear from arguably Thailand's leading expert on this subject today and as soon as I do I will post the answer. It's not as clear cut as you might imagine which is why I want to be absolutely sure before I comment further.
