EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have written before about the hit-and-miss standards of customer service in Thailand. One company that truly stands out is American Express, and they've just called me for no reason other than to wish me a Happy Songkran. The ulterior motive will probably have been brand awareness but it's still a nice touch.
Who else gets your vote for customer service excellence in Thailand?

Yes - I agree with that totally. My spam texts come in Thai yet the one reminding my to pay always come in English!
They have to! someone need to change the (negative) perception that is floating around regarding customer service!
