SOMETHING IN COMMON WITH THE PM

I have something in common with Thailand's Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej at the moment - we both have dodgy tummies.
I can't seem to eat anything right now without feeling weird whereas the PM went to hospital this morning to be treated for diarrhea and a fever. Samak, who is a dab hand in the kitchen, was in the Laos capital Vientianne yesterday and, according to The Bangkok Post, attributes his sickness to a dish of chilly (according to The Post) paste and fermented fish from a market stall.
Although this isn't a laughing matter I have to say that I think chilli paste and fermented fish would give me problems too.
