VERTIGO SUCKS
As my friend Sitala put it so perfectly in her email. vertigo does indeed well and truly suck. I was feeling slightly better on Sunday afternoon yet come Monday morning the room was spinning once again. I cannot afford to be ill; there's so much happening right now but I certainly don't feel too stressed. If anything it's more excitement.
I lasted until lunchtime and came home, and for the past five hours I have been finding a certain degree of comfort laying horizontally on my bed. Alas as soon as I sit up the dizziness returns.
I hope these feelings get better tomorrow as I have a television interview to attend. And once again it's not something I am nervous about in any way so I really don't think this, and the rest of my work, has anything to do with my current condition.
Oh well .. such is life.

I have had vertigo for over a year and I have had to learn how to live with it. Easier said than done. You should probably see a doctor to rule out an inner ear infection or something more serious. It took months for me to find a doctor who was able to help me but it was worth the stubborness it took for me to demand an answer even when doctors repeatedly shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know why I was suffering from vertigo.
I hope you get your answers and recover soon. I know how hard and even frightening it can be.
