COPYRIGHT: AN UPDATE

Regular readers will have been following the debate about media copyright issues in Thailand, and they've probably been eagerly awaiting my follow-up post with clarifications as to what exactly can and cannot be done in Thailand.
The reason for the delay is simple. This whole subject is pretty complex and interpretation of the law seems to vary depending on who I talk to. And because there have been no cases launched in the last four years (and possibly before that too) it's hard to be specific about how the law judges individual cases.
I intend to post my findings on Monday, together with comments from some of Thailand's leading experts in the area of media law.
