NO FEAR OF PUBLIC SPEAKING
If you had told me two years ago that I would be moderating an event with one of the world's most successful investors in front of more than 500 people I would have told you to visit the nearest doctor. I would also have run a mile.
I have certainly grown more confident since I have been in Thailand and I was far more excited than nervous before last weekend's seminar. I did my homework, had a list of questions and enough information to handle almost any situation. I think that's my personal key - preparation.
What was very pleasing was I had at least half a dozen people coming up to me afterwards, people I had never met before, to say they thought I did an excellent job of moderating. Comments like that make it all worthwhile.
