TWO YEARS IN THAILAND
I'm celebrating my second anniversary of arriving in Thailand with a cold. I've been sneezing all night and have a sore throat. It's the first time I have had a cold in two years so I cannot complain too much. Obviously it is possible to get a cold in a hot and humid country like Thailand.

Congratulations on two years.
I think it's the aircons that cause colds. In and out of the hot weather into cold rooms and taxis takes a toll.
At home, I try to keep the ac filter clean.
If I feel a sore throat coming on, I gargle some lukewarm salt water.
