IT'S ALL GONE QUIET OVER HERE

Thailand is out of the global media spotlight at the moment. Although Bangkok remains under a State of Emergency and the anti-Government protesters still occupy the ground of Government House, little has happened in the past few days worthy of mention globally.
Tourists are still coming, as was evident from my shopping expedition on Saturday. It actually seemed there were more than normal if anything, although some hotels have reported a drop in occupancy rates in recent weeks.
Tomorrow is Tuesday, and we know what's happened on the last couple of Tuesdays. I hope the headline of this post isn't tempting fate.
