NEW DESIGN FOR "NEW" MAGAZINE

At the end of April I reported about Inbound Asia magazine appearing on the shelves for the first time.
Now, just three months on, "Asia's Luxury Travel and Lifestyle Magazine" has changed its masthead.
The monthly English language magazine, published by Inbound Asia Limited, sells for 90 baht. The July edition runs to 60 pages.
The content is pretty similar to many other magazines in this sector, although I think the design, and especially the use of justified text in the stories, makes it look a bit too regimented. The magazine has use of some decent photography but I don't think they are making the best use of it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on our magazine. Your comments are well noted, and we are continually striving to improve both content and appearance. September issue is 84 pages, and we will publish bi-monthly from then on, aiming to increase to around 100 pages in the near future. Circulation is on the increase, and we have also slightly reduced the price due to encouraging shelf sales. Thank you again for your comments, we look forward to future reviews.

Simon,

Thanks for your comments, and for being just about the only publisher to ever have commented on anything I have written about their magazine.

I can see from the changes you've already made that you're continuing to move forward. You have some amazing photography and, perhaps, that is something you can make more of ? Just my thoughts ...

Cover price is certainly an issue, and I will be writing about exactly that tomorrow.

Thanks again for taking the time to comment. It's much appreciated.
