WHAT WAS I SAYING ABOUT RAIN ?

On Monday I said that Bangkok was heading for some floods. How wrong could I (or the reports in both English Language national newspapers) be ? Since then we haven't had a single drop of rain. The Chao Phraya river which runs through the centre of Bangkok is quite high - an indication that 'up North' has seen some wet weather in recent days, but Bangkok has been both dry and peaceful.
