BUSY DAY

Things, as my former colleague Sarah at The Wokingham Times would have said, are kicking off big time. Today was the busiest day by far in the nine months I have been here. My head was spinning and, on balance, I did achieve quite a lot.
I had some productive meetings and made some decisions that will impact on the future direction of the magazine. It's not a problem though because that's what I am paid to do. It's good that I have four staff that look to me for inspiration and direction. Just think - in six weeks it will be more like 24.
