LIGHTS OUT

In an effort to raise awareness about global warming, Bangkok's officials have asked all residents to turn off their lights for 15 minutes at 7pm next Wednesday evening.
I'll reserve judgement on whether this is going to be widely adopted. I remember Sydney doing something similar not too long ago and it made for some dramatic images. I really cannot see Bangkok going totally dark this coming Wednesday but let's wait and see. The fact that most people will still be travelling home at that time isn't going to help.
