THAI WORKERS DON'T WHINE

A new study on workplace attitudes has revealed that Thai workers are the second least likely to whine about their work. While France, Britain and Sweden come out as the world's worst whingers, Thailand's workforce is second behind the Netherlands as the most happy.
That doesn't really surprise me a whole lot. It says a lot about the character of most Thai people too and pretty much echos what I have been saying for the last ten months. Thai people are reluctant to show their feelings anywhere, let alone moan about their work to their supervisors. It's not to say they're happy necessarily - just that they are less likely to tell anyone they're unhappy.
