WHO TURNED ON THE TAPS?

One thing about Bangkok at this time of year is that weather can change in an instant. This afternoon it was incredibly hot, yet just an hour later this was the scene outside my condo.
The past seven days had been fine with little in the way of rain, so I guess we were in for a downpour of monsoon proportions. Now, about 45 minutes after I took this picture, the sun is out and most of the water has disappeared. By the morning you'll not even know it had rained.
