ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES

Being the only native English speaker in the company has its advantages and disadvantages, although in recent days I feel the latter is starting to outweigh the former.
Trying to instill the sense of urgency is proving to be difficult, and I know that some of my requests somehow get lost in translation. That's only to be expected, but sometimes it feels like I am climbing a mountain every day, and each day the summit is getting further away.
I know these feelings will change - it's just right now everything seems to be taking forever.
