A PROMISING DEBUT

I've had some promising news this morning regarding sales of our new magazine.
I have to explain that it can take anything up to three months to get accurate sales figures from the various newsagents and bookshops, but preliminary figures from one high-profile chain are showing 75% sales after just three weeks. This chain has 20 shops in central Bangkok; we've sold out at five and another eight have five copies or less on sale.
We have been confident from the start that Thailand would welcome our new title, but I must admit that we've probably been taken a little by surprise by just how well it's selling.
It's a nice problem to have though.
