NICE ONE, VOLVO

Earlier this week I had a wonderfully written and presented email invite from Volvo in Thailand, saying "As a foreigner in Thailand owning your own slice of European driving luxury has never been easier. With a range of easy ownership programmes tailored to suit your individual needs and now no requirement for a Thai guarantor." Click HERE for more details.
Suitably take in with the sales pitch I wanted to know more, so was rather frustrated to be taken to a very slow to load and totally Thai language website.
How stupid is that? Spend money on marketing to non-Thais and then don't give them anything in their own language! I have to add that since Monday your enquiry is now directed to a simple 'for more information give us your details' form. Not ideal but better than the original set-up.
