THAILAND BLOGGER SUED

The Lost Boy has a story today about a blogger in Thailand being sued. I don't know more than that, however what is does show is that bloggers must be accountable for what they write. Fair comment is one obvious defence but if your posting is malicious and/or damaging then you would be lucky to escape unscathed.
Just remember that bloggers are publishers and have to abide by the same laws as any other publisher, be it a newspaper, magazine, radio station or television channel.
