TIME TRADEMARK TROUBLES?

At first glance this probably looks like a cover of Time Magazine. And that's exactly what the advertisers wants you to think - yes, this is actually an advertisement promoting a beer delivery service that appeared recently in a newspaper here in Thailand.
The Time masthead as well as the red border is a trademarked property around the world, and I personally think this is far too close to the original to be considered safe for both the publisher and the advertiser.
This is just another example of a trademark and copyright infringement in Thailand, and knowing how seriously Time protects its intellectual property I would be a little worried it were my newspaper or magazine that carried this advert.
