SO FRUSTRATING, SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Earlier today I was in a branch of Thailand's leading English language bookshop chain. This chain takes a relatively small number of copies of my magazine, but imagine my shock and surprise to see them still displaying copies of our October edition.
A quick call to my office, who contacted the head office, revealed this shop had 20 copies of the November edition but they were still in the stockroom! How unprofessional is that?
Our December edition goes on sale in little more than one week there's no question we have lost sales/revenue because of their failure to display our current edition. I'd love to be able to sue them for lost revenue, but that's simply not the Thai way of doing things. They've apologised and admitted their error which is probably about as far as I'll get.

Do you have a returns clause in your distribution?

All unsold copies supplied to this chain are returned, although it takes time. For example the unsolds from October will not usually come back until mid-December at the very earliest. With some chains it takes a lot longer.
